I would say AYE to the new flag (whether Explosion or Ryan's) with the caveat that the old flag be retained as an Imperial Standard.

Ahem, anyway, personally I'd be tempted to abstain. It's good to have a new flag option, but it doesn't really say "Shireroth", as one or two others have suggested elsewhere. For me, it just says "flag" rather than "ooh, Shireroth".
