Baronial Decree #3 of the Second Age

[H4773r 3lfs0n]

*Stagg Square in Lune Villa bristles and bustles with activity. It has been some time since it was more than just the County Capitol, and the resent activity in the estate has lead to numerous rumors. Anything from simply a new Count to the inevitability of The End and the Estate was being prepared to be used as the site for a giant tea party hosted by Malabor (though why Malabor would uproot and travel all the way to Lunaris just for some Earl Grey was beyond most, but they didnt understand tea, or demon trees for that matter).

A small round man, The Herald (maybe i should make him H4773r's Herald . . hrm . . ), stepped out of the main gate up to the well respected SoapBox, almost an institution in of itself, the citizens of Lune Villa new something big was happening.

The Herald spoke . .*

"HEAR YE! HEAR YE! It is my pleasure to present to you, CITIZENS OF VORPMADAL!" *pointed emphasis. The crowd cheered as the realization hit them*

"Your Lord Count, your Lord Baron, Sir H4773r 3lfs0n!!!!"

*cheers and explosions from the crowd as H4773r took The Herald's place upon the SoapBox*

LUNIES, ELSENANS, RANITES, VORPMADALIANS!!!! The rumors are true! *a few stop short remembering the bit about Malabor's tea party* I have returned as your Count and your Baron.
*sighs of relief* Barony Vorpmadal is now within Duchy Brookshire under Duke Erik of the same name, and we now are brothers with the counties of Ran and Elsenar, treat them as you would family, for that is what they are.
It is my humble intent to bring our county, nay, our Barony, back to the bustling epicenter of insanity it once was.
By my H47, with your help, my people!
*cheers*
Now, my fellows, before i retire, i have one more order of business i would like to tend to. . .

I, Baron H4773r 3lfs0n, do decree that Baron Benkern/B3n|<3r|\| shall henceforth be recognized as a member of the Vorpal Order in the rank of - Rook Sentry - for his exemplary leadership during the (last civl rec-)-war, and his tenacious protection of our history and spirit as a Barony.

by my H47!

[b3n|<3r|\|]

Yay! Thank you for this honor!
