Request for a New County (gasp!)- Ž

If possible, I petition the powers that be to create a new county in K'Tzuni- the small island 'twixt Thanatos and Lywind, to be renamed the County of Z. I have great plans for such a place.

You are the powers to be. Since you are the baron of K'Tzuni, you may handle your subdivisions as you seem fit, without the need for authorization from higher authority.

Umm.. actually.. I'm not sure on this one. But.. I guess it works.. kinda small though.
