Starting currency exchange talks

Now that Antica's bank has a fixed total amount of circulating money, 644240, I would like to start currency exchange discussions with Shireroth. These discussions need not include representatives of the Small Commonwealth, unless it is deemed necessary.

Notice that the total amount in circulation is now a more manageable amount, 644240. Compare this to the SC Bank's amount of 427500. Perhaps these two numbers can be the basis for the fixed currency exchange rate that we would like. These amounts are fixed and unchanging.

There has been a history of private currency exchange with Antica through the esteemed company VBNC. See their account there on Antica's bank and you will notice that they have already amassed 4000.00+ pecuinae (Antica's currency) through such transactions. I suggest we move the exchange of currency from a purely private affair to either a regulated affair or even a government monopoly affair, for the sake of improving guaranties, stability, and access.

In conclusion, the fixed exchange rate, set by law, that had been discussed months ago is now possible, now that both the AntiBank and the SC Bank have fixed and set circulating amounts, and this can now be pursued by us both now in a timely and productive fashion.
