The Hanging Gardens of Carol were constructed between 3787 and 3789 ASC. It's a complex of several oldfashioned palaces with a lot of irrigation canals and flower fields. The Dutch ordered the construction of special pumps to push the water to the roof, so it could irrigate every floor.
After the passing away of Baroness and Thane Carol, Jonas the Second sought a suitable monument to commemorate her. First, he wanted to build an impressive monument: a Mausoleum. After a while, he understood that it didn't suit her. Carol was a peaceful, kind person. A monument of just stones is impressive, but it wasn't suitable for her. A garden, this garden, expressed who she was. A special group of Soloralist clerics, together with a small group of trustful Magical Knights are ordered to protect and sustain the Hanging Gardens. But in case these people leave, the palaces with the gardens should be able to sustain itself for at least hundreds of years (thanks to magic and science).

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki
