As per Decree 091107 01, I would like to please ask that the name of the forum for Lac Glacei, and all other titles referring to Lac Glacei, be updated from "Bailiwick" to "Grand Directorate".

Also, since I need to sticky and de-sticky topics, edit lists, etc, within that forum, I will require mod status.
