We don't have term limits, our Kaisers decide themselves when it's time to hand off the power to the next guy in line, and there are very good reasons why we do it this way. All I want to do here is to remind everyone that he's been on the throne for a while, and that Jacobus *has* been making moves in the general direction of this same throne lately.
