This is not to be considered Democracy!
The revived Shireroth must survive! Can it survive with a contest between a very-recent Babkhan and a fairly recent Cyberian? Or are there other answers?

The Kaiser Loki II has my full support along with any support I can muster from the Empire. His experience as Steward gives him more than enough qualification. I stand by him in his actions.

no, people are still voting, i just cast mine, and hypatia's mom hasnt returned from her surgery and WONT for a few days, so this should last through the weekend honestly. this is too big a decision to be like " look look! one night, 8 votes, its over!"

This is an arbitrary "poll". Not a democratic vote.

Wow, we are well divided. I though I was Loki's only supporter. I like to see I'm not alone.

We are not alone. Babakho-Shireroth is supporting its own. Many prominent Shirerithians have not been heard from. Nick (and the Antican contingent) benkern, and many others have not been heard from.
Others know in their hearts that I would be preferable to my adversary, but they expect him to prevail thru Babkhan skill of intimidation, and either fear his wrath, or hope to benefit from questionable promises.
No, we are not alone. Tradition is with us, history is with us, honor is most assuredly with us.

I fully support kaiser Loki II... erhm... Jacobus...
He was one of the persons who supported the revival of Shireroth in October (or was it September, November,...?).

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

Re: This is not to be considered Democracy!
doesnt anyone else think the numbers imply anything?
i know i cant see the i.p. addresses, but if they ARE all legit votes, than doesnt that mean Loki has the majority, while still waiting on i believe Baroness Carol and maybe one other?

See, the thing is, this poll is not correct. Anyone can vote in it regardless of their citizenship. If we want to actually count supporters we can do that as well, it would atleast be accurate.

Re: This is not to be considered Democracy!
that was what i implied, if an admin would verify what votes were "legitimate" we would have an accurate support count.

But that poll also doesn't mean everyone DID vote in it. I know for a fact not everyone has, which is why I think the numbers are an interesting result.

That would be somewhat anti-climatic. But, in the end I suppose the best thing that will come out of this is a burst in activity levels.

Re: This is not to be considered Democracy!
I am supporting Jacobus. Erik stated he is tired in the role of Kaiser, but also said he would keep close tabs on anyone who succeeded him on the throne. Perhaps our former Steward can hold the throne for the next incarnation of Death (warmed over) to reclaim it when Kaiser Loki II has left the stage. That way Erik gets his break, and a very loyal Shirerithian, who has helped the country return to its former glory, gets an opportunity to show his true worth as Kaiser. I feel other candidates have ulterior motives to their ambitions to be Kaiser. They have not been here long enough to prove themselves as Shirerithians first. Let's see them spend more time here as Shirerithians first, not just as transplanted members of another nation.
