Harvey et al, Bill gave me shell access to Nelaga's hosting a while ago. I'll be able to update the phpBB there if you like. Or I can move the forum to different hosting, though I'm not really sure I see a reason to do so. Also if someone pays for domain hosting (it's usually somewhere around ten bucks a year or slightly below for a .com/.net/.org/similar) I can make the site accessible as, say, nelaga.net regardless of where it's hosted.

I tightened the Malarbox forum's posting permissions back up to just the Malarbaristas group (plus the admin-y and kaiser-y groups that would have access to post anyway). Pretty much everyone who has ever posted an update should have permission to post there.

Also, here's something I found while checking how badly the Malarbox spam had cluttered the MNN news feed. Haven't watched beyond the first part myself, but it seems to be... average:

I started with this and the rest is Photoshop. If you can install that, figure out how to change the green-grey gradient in back to a dark blue one, get the forum part as opposed to the blank stripes on the side wider, and get the Malarbox working, then I'll contact the artist who drew that castle picture to see if we can get permission to use it. After that, which of us does what depends on whether you want to give me permission to upload to the board images directory

So, update: I contacted the woman who drew that castle picture, and she never got back to me. I'm giving up and have stitched together an alternate logo with more or less the same design out of real photographs.
