Strange thing happened. Over the past day or so, this discovery about Delphi's account has bothered me less and less. So I'm returning to Shireroth again.
Andreas: I wasn't a citizen before and still will not be. I'm just a visitor. Oh yeah, and I happened to write for The Shirekeep Times on all matters Shireroth.

Nice to have you back, even if not as a citizen. That'll bring the grand total of Melangians-who-are-not-Shirithian-citizens in the world to three (Mel'Kat and his sister are in Gralus).

Actually, a lack of citizenship has ALWAYS stopped someone from getting a noble title.

I'm quite sure that the county of Norfolk was ruled, for a very long time, by a non-citizen (an Antican, btw).

Nope, Foghorn's still a citizen last I checked. Not a very active citizen, but a guy who never emigrated nonetheless.

He doesn't even have that. I didn't quite get the whole story, but the person who was stealing the tank from some country was never heard from again, presumably captured and/or killed.
