Shireroth!

Post by Kaiser Hasan I »

Fellow Shirerothians, thank for your support.

I look forward to working achieving the goals I've set forth as your Kaiser. I would like to congratulate Jacobus for being an excellent adversary, I look forward to us working together. Great thanks to all Shirerothians who supported me and forced me through an obstacle course of tests to achieve their approval. To those that did not support me, I hope to continue working to win your approval, hopefully I will be suited well enough to achieve that goal. To our enemies, I would like to give them a sporting chance to run stumbling and screaming as far away from our glory as they can before we hunt them down like the pathetics dogs they are*.

To our contemporaries and friends I say soon they will look at Shireroth and see the future of the community. I want Shireroth to once again be home to new ideas and innovations which set the standard for the sector. With the combined talent of our great nation, we can achieve this if we want it.

My special thanks go to the supporting cast over the past few weeks:

- Ricardo Montalbán

- My Little Pony

- Uday Hussein

- Harvey Birdman

Thank you,

HIM Kaiser Hasan I

*(apologies, still working on keeping the Babkhan behaviour in check )

Don't remember me you was a Babhkan!
Now you're a Shirithian... :evil

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

Milords, Ladies and of course, Your Niftiness.

First of all, I'd like to thank ALL of those who supported my bid. I find myself in the position of Al Gore, former Vice President of the U.S. in 2000, having won the popular vote (47% to 36%, I think), but loosing the "Electoral College" (Landsraad) 3 to 2. :D :D
(Poor Al didn't get anything for 2nd, except an Oscar and a Noble Prize. I got a 'fridge, a three-day paid vacation, and my old job back!)

Thus do we Shiririthians again slay the Demon of Democracy! :archy

Briefly, again, to my supporters, I wiil not say to you, "our day will come", because our day is come, it is today, here and now. We have had an unprecedented opportunity to view two major claimants of the highest office. His Niftiness showed energy and resolution. I look forward to seeing his ideas move forward, and assisting where I am able.

Shireroth has shown maturity and judgement by not sliding into Civl War as many nations in analgous situations do frequently. We may have Civil Wars, but we War Civilly, and as we choose to, not forced by passions and ambition!

To those who did not support my bid, I thank you for your confidence in my ability to "back up".

(During the heyday of the Denver Broncos (U.S.) football team, my favorite player was Gary Kubiak. :) )

A question for historians- Has any Steward served consecutive Kaisers? Who was the longest-serving Steward?

At any rate, I leave the spotligh to His Niftiness, and resum my seat in the plain black chair.

During the Roman Empire, on the conquering generals' triumph as prisoners and the captive wealth of the conquest were paraded through Rome Itself, there was one who followed the General. His job was to say, "Remember, thou art but human. Remember, thou art but human."

Such is Jess.

Come good friend, and let us go forth and mess about in Yardistan. The place needs a little fixing-up.

Edgar Rice Burrows, twelve volumes

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Princess_of_Mars

Tardos Mors was Jeddak of Helium, Mors Kajak was his son. When I first stumbled in here so many years ago, I though they were related to the Kaisers.

Until I met Malarbor, of course.

Yes I think we all noticed that in your wholescale "importing" of the series into your micronation.
