I can understand your reasons... I think that there was a mistake in democratizing Shireroth. Well, in Elwynn particularly. But, the current system means that the lowest people decide who will become a baron, or a duke. Then people may think that the same would apply to the Kaisership. Maybe not con...

From an Elwynnese point of view I think proposal A would be best. I can agree to have parts of Elwynn removed, but I have quite an affection for the very northern part of Elwynn. And removing Eliria would be a big no-no. If all of Elwynn is removed, then I feel that I won't have much more of a home...

Not at all. New Jasonia is pretty big itself and the Antican counties are each about the same size as a united Elwynn would.
