There is a lot of that, but not as much as you might think. Shireroth has survived on B0O0/\/\ism for a very long time. It is probably the microworld's oldest construced religion.

UhhThe previous statement of mine was more of a "sign of the changing times" then a "let's tear down the evil oath!" statement. If Shireroth's oath works, then it works. I am not saying you should get rid of it.

Re: Wow! I was going through the original Istvanistan forum
I remember when Jasonia tried to begin a voluntary oath policy. Everyone got REALLY REALLY offended at it, especially Scott. Everyone said that an oath was binding and holy and honorable and they would never make one to something as stupid or as fragile as a micronation. And now Shireroth has a mandi...

I should point out that a grandfather clause HEAVILY favores the old generation over the new. Enough of that kind of thing goes on natually, so you should not add to the seperation with actual legal backing. Plus, it sets up a "We do have to follow the laws, but you guys do, so ha ha, mortals!" situ...

Oooh, kind of clever Eoin. Too bad that integers can be both positive and negative, which makes "1" not a good answer because "-1" is also an integer, not describable by using "less than nineteen syllables", and is less then 1.Come to think of it, there is no real answer unless they managed to find ...

Well, so what is the Shirerothian economy if not capitalist? In the past, everyone got paid a weekly/monthy salary for doing... basically nothing. Even if you did any work, you would still get the same pay as the minister that slacked off. So payment was certainly not an encourgement to do any work....

Not really. I am kind of hovering, similar to Ari.I am on spring break right now. I realize this is a lynchable offense, but I would say that Aure's Kaisership was a POSITIVE example of a new person in a powerful position. You could always do what I have seen some other "serious" micronations do: design uniforms, actually create them, and take pictures of some people wearing them.
